What is Mini Muscles?

Welcome to Mini Muscles, our very own martial arts program for kids aged 4-10 years old in Brisbane. We have designed Mini Muscles to be more than just a program for kids to learn martial arts. Instead, we aim to cultivate a fun yet disciplined environment where your child can develop essential life skills, such as self-defence, strength, motor control, balance, and coordination (just to name a few).

Program Overview

Our Mini Muscles program is structured to help your child learn new things; however, these new skills are also guided discovery and play-oriented, allowing your child to develop a broad array of physical attributes in addition to self-expression. No one lesson is the same here at Progressive Martial Arts Academy, with every session designed to be fun, dynamic, and engaging for every child.

And because children develop at different rates, our kids’ martial arts and self-defence lessons are divided into age groups to ensure activities are age-appropriate, safe, and engaging for every child.
